The Wellington CDEM Group had over 100 people deploy to support both response and recovery to the Auckland Flooding and Cyclone Gabrielle.

Dedicated staff from across our region's nine councils and NZ emergency response teams supported mahi on the ground and in the Auckland and Hawke's Bay Emergency Coordination Centres, the Wairarapa Emergency Operations Centre as well as the National Crisis Management Centre..
